Holiday parks are meant to be fun but, for some women, they attract a feeling of dread - and it has nothing to do with the height of the water slides! The parks are great fun and a wonderful opportunity to experience thrills with your family. The dread is all about body confidence. Es Una has the solution!

When we were teenagers, I remember one of my best friends announcing to me that she had the same measurements as Elle MacPherson. She wasn’t boasting, just being factual. I was honestly horrified but impressed at the same time. Elle MacPherson #thebody, tall with an enviable waistline and ample bust. Little did I know that, despite these seemingly unachievable measurements, she had struggled with her body image her entire life. And we, her best friends, had no idea.

My Grandmother’s name was Una. She was the type that never left the house without her lipstick on. She always applied her lipstick, blotted with a tissue, and set with powder. And just when you thought she was done, she added another layer just to be sure. This routine delivered a remarkable outcome of keeping it on all day. A talent I admired, but never inherited. Una is the inspiration behind the Es Una name. Inspired by a real woman to give women confidence.
