What items are returnable?
- Within 30 days from the date of purchase
- In unused and resellable condition
- In the original packaging with all the tags intact
What items are non-refundable?
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Discounted and sale items.
The item I received is damaged!
If the purchased product is faulty, reach out to us within 7 days of the delivered date. Please do so by sending us an email to hello@esuna.com.au and describing the fault. Please attach pictures too.
Can the items be exchanged?
We allow exchanges for purchased items for selectable variants that are in stock. Once we approve the exchange request and receive your original item, we'll ship the replacement item to you. We don't offer exchanges on sale or discounted items. Reach out to us to enquire.
What are the refund options?
The following refund options are supported:
- Refund to the original payment method
- Refund to store credit (if applicable)
How do I ship back the items?
We'll send instructions on how to ship the returned items once your return is approved. The return address is:

How soon will I get my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. You will also be informed whether your refund request was approved or rejected. If approved, we will process your refund request within 5 - 7 working days.
How do I return?
If your item is eligible to be returned, please send us an email to hello@esuna.com.au and include:
- Your name and order number
- The item/s you wish to return
- The reason for your return
Remember, discounted and sale items are not eligible for return.
