Es Una's Shoulder Shrug Rashie Dress has an elegance and style that you won't find elsewhere. Worn over bathers, it has a cowl neck, giving a stylish structure to the rashie dress. The neckline can be arranged to bare your shoulders or to cover them when you've had enough sun. Styled loosely, it enhances your bustline. You  can even wear it over your head for a little extra shade!

The detailed neckline accentuates your top half, making your bottom half appear smaller. You'll find it a loose fitting, shift style dress, with the back slightly longer for balance and modesty.

This rashie dress is perfect resort wear and for Summer beach strolls. It is not a swim dress suitable for swimming or deep water, as the neck will float in the water dangerously. Keep yourself on land! That said, you can certainly wade in the water or splash around and get wet, as the fabric dries off quite quickly - just be careful of the cowl neck. it is a great option for a more modest swimsuit look.
